1. Identification

This website is operated by Naam B.V. (trading as Trichome Seeds), Amsterdam, the Netherlands. KVK 12345678. Contact: support@trichomeseeds.com. Activity: mail order retail, miscellaneous product catalogue.

2. Age restriction

You must be 18 years or older to browse or order from this website. By placing an order you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to cancel any order where this is not the case.

3. Products

Cannabis seeds are offered as collectible souvenirs and for decorative purposes. Photographs and descriptions are indicative; natural variation between phenotypes is normal and is not grounds for complaint.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We accept iDEAL, credit card, PayPal and Bitcoin. An order is only confirmed once payment has been received.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy. Delivery times are indicative and delays by the carrier do not entitle you to cancellation or compensation.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase, subject to the conditions in our Shipping & Returns policy. Opened or unsealed seed packs cannot be returned.

7. Liability

Trichome Seeds is not liable for the germination, cultivation or use of the seeds sold, nor for any consequence of use contrary to the legislation applicable where the buyer resides. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify local law before ordering.

8. Intellectual property

All strain names, texts, photographs and the Trichome Seeds brand are our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Amsterdam, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
