Shipping times

• Orders are normally processed within 24 hours.
• Delivery times depend on destination and carrier.
• Tracking is provided where available.
• There is no processing or dispatch on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination and the size of the order and are shown at checkout. Orders over €150 ship free.

Discreet packaging

• Plain, unbranded external packaging.
• No unnecessary product descriptions on the outside of the parcel.

International orders

• Availability of shipping depends on destination.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordering and possessing the products is permitted under the laws applicable to them.
• Trichome Seeds reserves the right not to ship to certain destinations.

Discreet shipping to selected countries where permitted by applicable law.

Customs

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs requirements, duties or import restrictions. We cannot guarantee that a parcel will clear customs in any given destination.

Carrier responsibility

Once an order leaves our facilities, the carrier handles transport. Where an incident occurs, such as breakage, a package issue or a delay, we can provide the carrier reference and shipment number so you can follow up directly.

Returns

In line with applicable consumer regulations you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return a product. The item must be unopened and in its original, intact packaging. Once received, we refund within 3 working days, either as a refund or as a credit voucher, your choice.

• If you ordered wrongly or changed your mind, you bear the return shipping cost.
• If we sent a wrong or defective product, Trichome Seeds bears the shipping cost.
• Opened or unsealed seed packs cannot be returned.

Returns that are not properly packaged, for example with a shipping label applied directly to the product packaging, cannot be accepted. Customs fees and import duties are not refundable by us.

Cancellation of an order

If a cancellation reaches us before the goods have left, there is no cost to you. After dispatch, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs and the cost of returning the order.

Legal note

Trichome Seeds supplies cannabis seeds strictly as collectible/souvenir items. Germination, cultivation and possession laws vary by country and jurisdiction. Customers are solely responsible for checking and complying with all applicable local laws before placing an order. 18+ only.
